There are plenty of ways to gain unfair advantage in MMORPG games. Guides, walkthroughs, exploiting bugs, and using inbuilt cheat codes are some ways. There are, of course, people who want to play the game completely honestly, with no help from anyone but themselves, and they may frown upon using these types of “aides”.

But there are also a large majority of players who don't think that using guides, walkthroughs and similar advantages is necessarily wrong. For those people, I will be providing some guides (primarily concerned with new players) and walkthroughs (for new and old players), and of course, passing on any tips that might prove useful along the way. :-)

The only kind of “aide” that WoW itself frowns on, though, is the external application. These external applications are bots that can do different things for you in the game, and thereby give you an unfair (and often significant) advantage over other players. Use of these external programs are illegal under the WoW Terms of Service and if you're caught using one, your account WILL be banned. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
